Google Search Console (I will of course refer to it as GSC since I will have to write it an estimated 126 times in the entire article) is a tool that everyone who has ever dealt with a website is or should be familiar with. From checking how Google sees my site, I can even communicate with Google and measure SEO performance. Moreover, with the new GSC design announced approximately 2 years ago, in early 2018, we started to access much more detailed reports. In this article, we will first briefly log in to GSC and then examine the reports and data it offers us. I will try to provide as many tips and methods as possible for each report.
How to Open a Google Search Console Account? We log in to GSC Greece Phone Number and select “Add Property” from the top left: We are presented with options to open properties either at the domain level or to include URLs under a certain protocol: Your account is opened after you complete one of the verification methods that may vary depending on these options (such as DNS verification, a piece of code to be added to the <head> tag on the home page, Google Analytics (GA) code, HTML file upload, etc.). If you choose the second option, my suggestion is that you open properties for 4 different versions: HTTPS, HTTP, with www and without www. If your mobile site runs under a subdomain, you should create a separate property for it as well.
There are no details in the property settings as in GA, you can only grant user access, access the verification methods I mentioned above and notify Google about the domain change. It also provides information about which type of Googlebot crawled the site. If you choose a domain name that is a property type that comes with the new design, unfortunately you cannot access the reports that were available in the old version GSC and are not available in the current new design, but if you are an old GSC user or have opened a property of the “URL prefix” type, it is recommended that you make international targeting arrangements: After selecting “International targeting” under the heading “Legacy tools and reports” from the left menu, you will see the language and country options above. From here, you can help Google by selecting the country the site targets.
